Appointment only, no walk-ins

All appointments require a 50% deposit. This will go toward your final payment after your service.

Cancellations are refundable up to 24 hours before your appointment, anything after 24 hours deposits will be kept.

No call/ no show appointments will have their deposits kept and will also be banned from scheduling future appointments.

We allow a 15 min. grace period on appointment lateness as long as you have called to give a heads up. Anything later than that the deposit will be kept and you will have to reschedule.

Last minute reschedules (after 24 hours) are limited and any deposits placed will be kept and a new one will be required for the reschedule.

It is your job to read all prep and after care instructions provided on this page to ensure we maintain the best result possible. If for some reason any issues arise you must notify us within 48 hours of the service in order to have it fixed or refunded. (Fixes are only applicable to those who had no issues during their appointment, proper pre appointment prep taken, no watering of eyes during appointment, or any other contraindications)

Anything beyond 3 weeks is no longer a fill and will be changed and charged as a full set.

Clean lashes are required for any lash appointments. Coming in with dirty lashes will be subject to an additional $15 charge.

Come as early as 10 minutes if it is your first time so you can fill out paperwork.

Come in with a clean face, NO makeup or skin care

Do NOT drink caffeine before your appointment

Be sure to use the bathroom before hand. You will be lying down for 1.5 - 2.5 hours.

Silence your phone and bring some earbuds to help you relax. You will not be able to open your eyes during these services.

Make sure you have enough hair grown out to wax

Come in with clean skin and avoid putting any products on your face for at least 24 hours (skincare, makeup, ect.)

Do not use any exfoliants or oil based products on your face (physical or chemical)

Wait at least two weeks between having peels or harsh treatments done before you get any brow services done.

Cleanse lashes at least every other day. (If you sweat a lot or have oily skin, cleanse more often)

Brush lashes daily

Avoid all oil based products (makeup, cleansers, ect.)

No more eye makeup

Avoid sleeping on your face and your sides.

Do not rub or pick at lash extensions

Avoid excess heat and steam (saunas, steamy showers, hot blow driers, ect.)

Schedule your fills every 2 - 3 weeks depending on your set. Must have 50-40% of your set remaining to be considered a fill. Any less is subject to additional charges/ full set pricing

Do not get treated area wet or apply makeup for the next 24 to 48 hrs., the chemical process is still curing!

Condition laminated brows daily

Avoid exfoliants (chemical or physical) for three days before and three days prior to treatment service

Avoid touching and rubbing the treated area

Brush the treated hair upwards daily
